2. Account Registration and Management
Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one fp999 account. A player who attempts to register or maintain more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is in breach of these Terms and Conditions. fp999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances and bonuses contained within them.
Players must provide accurate and truthful personal information when registering their fp999 account and must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their fp999 account, including their login credentials (mobile number and password). Players must not disclose their password to any third party, must not use a password that is the same as passwords used for other online services, and must notify fp999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on their account.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
fp999 processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following clauses govern the financial transactions between players and the platform.
fp999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected domestic bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the chosen payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. fp999 does not charge deposit fees; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which fp999 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed by fp999 to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. fp999 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though actual transfer times depend on the payment provider. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. fp999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on fp999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. fp999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by their bank or payment provider if funds originate from a non-BDT source.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
fp999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses issued by fp999 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of issue and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Bonus funds credited to a player's fp999 account are subject to a rollover wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual bonus offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn. fp999 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirement completion and at what percentage.
Welcome bonuses are available to new fp999 players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated. fp999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time.
fp999 operates automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, and registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, fp999 reserves the right to void all associated winnings, forfeit the bonus, and permanently close the player's account.
5. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
fp999 is committed to responsible gaming. Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, or self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting fp999 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and fp999 will take all reasonable steps to honour the exclusion across its platform. Players in Bangladesh who feel their gambling may be causing harm are encouraged to contact fp999 support for assistance.
Players must not engage in any activity that constitutes cheating, fraud, money laundering, collusion, or exploitation of software defects on the fp999 platform. This includes using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform, sharing account access with third parties, making deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name, or engaging in any conduct intended to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform security.
Where fp999 determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, fp999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account, void any pending bets or game rounds, forfeit any balance held in the account including deposits and winnings, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law. fp999's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding.
6. Intellectual Property, Liability, and Governing Law
All content on the fp999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the intellectual property of fp999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of fp999 platform content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. fp999's total liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the claim.
fp999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, fp999 will use reasonable endeavours to establish the correct outcome based on available data. Where this is not possible, fp999 reserves the right to declare the affected bets void and return stakes to the players' accounts.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through fp999's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
